What an amazing variety of food in Guam, and all of it authentic. None of that MSG-laced, faux plastic wannabe stuff. This is the real thing. Which means, you have to be very, VERY careful when you order "hot" Thai food! I learned the hard way that a '5' on a scale of 1 to 10 in hotness means '5' alarm fire.
